After a NATO excavation unleashes a prehistoric predator from the Baltic seabed, hotheaded Armed Forces Sergeant Anna Rasvak and bioacoustics engineer Dr David Storm are the only survivors of the failed containment mission. Trapped in a crippled submersible with oxygen depleting fast, and guided only by Storm from the surface, Rasvak must navigate military betrayal, emotional reckoning, and a monstrous threat with global stakes, to race to the surface and stop the rogue NATO General that awakened the predator. As the creature gains strength and forces close in to exploit it, Rasvak must abandon her impulsive instincts and learn to strategise – to survive, to rise, and to intervene, or risk becoming the very weapon she swore to stop.

The coincidence sparks confusion with her employers, who assume she’s botched the job and issue kill orders on them both. Forced to team up to survive the night – and each other – the unlikely pair battle through betrayal, gunfire, and gallows humour on a birthday neither will forget. A sharp, noir-tinged survival thriller about fate, regret, and a reluctant connection made deep in the Hollywood Hills!
